Smith Family Reunion

It's been a while since we've all been together... 5 years... so we decided it was high time for a runion. so reunite we did... we all met in Naples FL where Cameron's Parents live and stayed in their new, huge house.

Cousinly Love

Dallin got to meet his cousin Ethan for the first time. Ethan is a few months younger then Dallin. They seemed to get a kick out of each other.
Katelyn loves her cousin Lauren. She gets so excited when there is even the slightest chance that we are going to see her. Lauren is exactly one month older then Katelyn and they have gone from stealing each other's binkys to being inseparable.
nothing like a slip and slide to make life more fun. Katelyn, Lauren and Dallin are having a blast!

Pirate Carnival

Sherida and Julie put together an awesome Pirate Carnival for the kids. everyone wore "pirate" bandannas and earned pirate treasure while they played various games. Here they are hunting for hidden treasure in the sand in a wheel barrow.

The Children had a blast attacking the treasure box pinata.

Dallin and Katelyn Loved the festivities. Katelyn especially enjoyed catching the magnetic fish. Dallin just had fun watching from the safty of someones lap... I'm sure he will be more involved next time.

Mommy Beauty Pageant

One night we had a beauty pageant for the moms, everyone was given strips of plastic, balloons tin foil and tape then we separated into our various families and created these masterpieces...

Sherida, the only mom who was truly made up by her kids, Everyone else had help from at least one other adult.
Elisabeth, voted most shiny, what an honer! (also the one who didn't have any help from her kids)
Kristin Voted most colorful... I think.

Beach Bums

A trip to Naples FL wouldn't be complete without time spent at the beach. It's not everyone that can say they have taken a family picture in their bathing suits...

Fun In the Water

What's a Reunion without some fun water activities. This year we had a slip and slide and a blowup slide with a pool, both extremely popular with the kids. Dallin and Lauren especially loved the slip and slide. they would crawl and scoot their way up and down it.

Katelyn had a Blast going down the water slide and playing on the slip and slide even though she was freezing cold.

Dallin couldn't wait for his turn to go down the slide.

Joshua, a bit cold but having fun. There was also another useful things about the slide pool, the older cousins were able to fill up their super soakers during their many water fights. Josh, Jake and Aaron are getting ready to attack.
